A. We have a new featured charity each month that is selected from the nominations. The featured charity will run from the 1st of the month till the last day of the month.

A. We will donate 5% of our customers monthly sales to the featured charity.

A. Our size chart is a general size chart. Most clothes will match what's on the chart. Since our clothes come from more than one manufacture Please keep in mind that some clothes may be on the smaller size and be a tighter fit.

A. All of our jewelry is lead and nickle compliant. We can not confirm or deny that it is hypoallergenic so please exercise caution when purchasing if you are in need of hypoallergenic items. If a specific jewelry item is indeed hypoallergenic it will be listed in the description.

A. No. It is silvertone and goldtone.

A. Currently we ship to addresses in the Continental United States.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is calculated based on your order total not including tax.
Q. How long does it take for an order to be processed once it's placed?
A. It normally takes 1 to 2 days to process.
Q. How long does it take for an order to ship?
A. Once an order is placed with us it will typically ship out within 1 to 4 business days after it has been processed. At times it could take a couple days longer than that.
Q. How long does it take for my order to be delivered to me?
A. Once shipped it should take normally anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to be delivered. At times this could take longer and is out of our control once the package has been turned over to the carrier.

A. We ship via USPS and UPS. Sometimes we ship via Fedex.
Q. Will I have to sign for my package?
A. We do not require a signature but the carrier might ask for one. We recommend that you choose the best shipping address to ensure your package is delivered correctly and in a timely fashion. If package(s) are lost or stolen due to recipient not being present at time of delivery Arabella Ave will not be held responsible.

A. No refunds will be given for any gift cards purchased.
